Human Resources
We maintain and develop appropriate HR policies and procedures to ensure CDF operates good employment practice.
Our responsibilities include recruitment, induction, equal opportunities, staff development, absence, management and appraisal, terms and conditions of employment and union consultation.
The HR Department is responsible for the employment of approximately 60 staff.
