Community Development Foundation strives to make this website accessible for all users. This includes people with disabilities. The website complies with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) up to level A.

Language
The site uses clear, simple language which is easy to understand.

Colours
Our site is usable by anyone with colour deficient vision. We've checked the site's font and background colour to ensure there are no combinations against the different colour blindness conditions and ensured that all information is still clear.

Text resizing
This can be activated through the 'Text larger / smaller' links at the top of the page.

You can also achieve the same result independently by following these instructions:

• PC / Internet Explorer 6 From the top menu bar, select View and point to Text size

• PC / Internet Explorer 7 From the menu bar underneath the search field, select Page and point to Text size

Cascading style sheets
The site uses cascading style sheets (CSS) to control page layout and styling.

Images that convey important information have alternative text. Where an image is used for a decorative purpose the empty alt attribute (alt=””) is used.

A site map is available to provide information about the layout of the website.

Low graphics version / Screen reader access
The low graphics version of the site provides a simplified navigation and also image structures to users who are limited to text only or screen reader technologies.
